Basic melodies are so simple to put in they can almost be done as musical dictation. Chord symbols are even quicker to add - just type the chord name and press 'ENTER'. Musicmaster will create the chord and take you to the next beat so you can enter the next chords without break.

Second (and third and fourth) parts can be included wherever and whenever necessary, and the playback facility lets you listen to how the part goes on is own or within the piece as a whole. If the melody needs the occasional full chord this can be done just be typing letter names in upper case. Lower case will enter the next note.
